Shiso Leaves bi-color


Green Shiso leaves, perilla leaves, Japanese mint are few of the names used for this aromatic leaf. The aroma is an combination of citrus, anise, mint, basil and nuts. It’s complex but works very well with all kind of fish and is off course very decorative. Next bi-color variety we also have the green variety which is green on both sides and a little but more bright. Both have similar taste characteristics although the green one is a little bit more citrus and the bi-color one a bit more nutty.
