Japanse chips Nori/Wasabi


Crunchy Nori Tempura chips with a kick of wasabi. Sheets of crispy nori seaweed are covered with the tempura batter on one side and fried in sesame oil until crispy. The trick is to keep the nori uncovered at the top, with enough tempura at the bottom to give a crispy bite. This nori tempura is top quality – only the best nori is used, and the tempura is nice and crunchy and not greasy.

To be combined with sushi, other raw fish and off course with a cold Japanese beer. If you are looking for a little bit more sourly taste you could combine it .e.g. with a Yuzu gel.
