Dutch Wasabi® Flowers
The Japanese eat most of the wasabi plant including the wasabi flowers. Wasabi flowers are tiny, cross-shaped white flowers that are in bloom from winter through early summer. They are decorative and tasteful. Each stem has a bunch of open flowers and buds that deliver the unique taste of wasabi; a little bit of sweetness with a punch. Use it on your maki roll or dessert. It’s becoming a worldwide sensation that complements a wide range of dishes.
